Their ingredients are 55% local and 45% certified organic. Even their uniforms are organic, and the nametags worn by employees are made from reclaimed wood. The menu includes burgers, veggie burgers, chicken burgers, organic iced tea, a wide variety of salads and baked potato or sweet potato fries.
